Book online through the website using your chosen credit card. Service Fee of 3.5% will be added to invoices if not paid at the time of booking. Events may also be subject to a service fee. Choose "pay in person" option through the website. This option is for clients wishing to pay e-transfer or cash. Book directly through Candice Macpherson via phone, text or email. Send e-transfer to candice.m@gmail.com e-transfers will not be charged a service fee and can refer to the subtotal amount. Cash payments only available for returning regular clients. Cash payments must be made at the start of your session. Payment in Full must be made in advance for all Trainings and Workshops. Cash payments will not be accepted for mobile services. Cheque payments will only be available for businesses, companies, and corporations. Personal cheques will not be accepted. Cheques must be given prior to the session, event, training or workshop starting. NSF fees will be at the expense of the company/corporation/business. To confirm your booking please make all payments as soon as possible. Your service may be canceled at JoyUs Therapies discretion, if payments have not been received within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time.

We DO NOT offer Refunds, however you can transfer your session to another person or use the amount payed as a future credit. Please call or email to request the change. Your guest will be required to fill out a client intake and consent form prior to attending your session. No shows will not be offered a credit and won’t be able to transfer their session to another person.

Life happens. We understand schedules change. We kindly ask for 48hrs notice whenever possible for all changes or cancellations. You may be charged full price for missed appointments or consistent last minute changes or cancellations.

All NEW JoyUs Therapies clients are required to fill out the "client intake and consent" form prior to their first treatment or training. If you are under the age of 18, a Parent/Guardian must fill out the Client Intake and Consent form on your behalf. Future Bookings do not require a new consent form. Except minors. Please be advised, all future bookings reactive all terms, conditions and consent. It is your responsibility to update your health information at the beginning of each session. No unfortunately our healing studio is not accessible to all abilities. Staircase accessible to basement. Hand rail on left , wall on the right. Narrow entrance. Incline on walk way with no hand supports until you reach the back of the house. Hand rail available on the right, few steps leading up to the side door. Uncovered walkway and variable street parking may require more walking. If mobility and accessibility is a concern at this time. We highly recommend booking a Distant healing service or mobile service option.

Free Street parking available. Please be mindful not to block neighbouring driveways.

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers to support your temperature preferences. The healing studio is located in the basement and can be cooler in temperature. It is helpful to avoid clothing or jewellery that may interfere with your comfort during your session. There is a coat hook and shoe area available at the bottom of the stairs.

Children: Parents and Guardians must sign the consent form for all dependents under 18 years of age. We require a guardian to accompany all children under the age of 16. Please call prior to booking a session for your child. Pets: We do not specialize in Pet Reiki however we do offer energy scans and distant healing sessions for pets. It is recommended to call prior to booking. Seniors: Candice Macpherson has over 17 years of experience working with the senior population. Customized healing services and programs available. Please note that JoyUs Therapies Healing Studio is located in the basement (several steep stairs a limiting factor). If mobility is an issue please call to inquire about mobile or distance healing service options.

Reiki is a Non-Invasive Holistic Healing System that channels both the Universal Life-Force Energy & Divine Earth Energies to naturally activate, clear and balance the Body, Mind & Spirit. Reiki can be experienced both In-Person with the laying on of hands, or Distantly in the comfort of our chosen spaces. Reiki is best understood through experiencing this Gentle, Peaceful, Relaxing, Loving form of Therapy.

Using your Name, Birthdate, Healing intentions and Usui Distant Symbol allows the Reiki Practitioner to Send Healing to All Situations Past, Present & Future.

Distance Reiki can be a Powerful Tool to Heal Past Situations by Bringing Awareness to a variety of Subconscious Emotions, Thoughts, Feelings, Experiences, Traumas, Beliefs, Perceptions. Reiki can also Help Invite Light, Love, Joy and Peace to the Past which Promotes Forgiveness, Gratitude and Love to Heal All Situations.

Personal Reasons and Preferences such as: Illness, Injury, Geographic Location, Transportation, Time, Availability, Scheduling, Comfort Level, Space, Family Circumstances, Global Restrictions; Or when there are Physical, Mental, Emotional or Spiritual Reasons why Hands on Reiki would Not be Supportive.

Distance Reiki can be sent to Future when Stress, Anxiety, Fear & Anticipation of Future Known & Unknown Events are Taking over your Body, Mind or Spirit. Here are a few examples of when to send Reiki to support desired outcomes in the future: * Specific Events: Surgeries, Procedures, Interviews, Meetings, Tests, Travel, etc. * Life Events: Pregnancy, Birth, End of Life, Marriages, Divorce, New Home, New Job, New School, Graduations, Celebrations, Birthdays, Moving, Etc.

It is highly recommended to Start with either the In-Person 90 Min Spiritual Connections Reiki & Sound session or 45 Minute Energy Scan and Oracle Card Reading session via ZOOM. (60-90 min Distance Healing sessions available. Which includes energy scan and assessment). If you require daily and weekly Reiki Support for deeper transformational intentions and goals; we encourage you to look at starting your Reiki journey with Usui Reiki Level One or Reiki Refresh & Reconnect for those previously attuned to level 2 or higher.

I would absolutely love to guide you through other levels of Reiki. If you have taken Usui Reiki Level one you do not have to re-take it with me. We will go over level one and two in the 2 day Reiki Practitioner training. Additional practice half or full day training options may be required before advancing through the levels. For those looking to take Usui Reiki level 3 (Masters) or Level 4 (Master Teacher) training will have to first take the JoyUs Therapies “Reiki Refresh & Reconnect” One day training. Yes we do. Please note. We do not bring our massage table. Healings will be done in clients home on the floor, chair or couch. JoyUs Therapies will bring all holistic tools needed for session. Taking notes is optional however not recommended until after your session. Connect via zoom from the comfort of your chosen space. Quiet l, distraction free when possible. When requesting sessions for others. Decide if they will be present during the zoom session. It is highly recommended to gain consent whenever possible.

With your permission a Soul Realignment® Practitioner can accesses your Akashic Records, to obtain specific Soul-Level information on who you were created to be upon origination. This gifts a grounding frame of reference of clarity into your own truth. It helps the Soul discern what is a “positive / aligned” or “negative / unaligned" choice. You can learn how to access your own records or loved ones can request them on your behalf. The records mirror intention. It is recommended to have a practice with your intuitive centers and have a clear knowing or your Intuitive YES/NO before accessing your Akashic records on your own. Your records are kept safe and protected at all times. Access can be denied if it is not in the best interest of the Soul at that time.

Akashic blueprints on average take between 60-90 mins to share via zoom. They are very detailed and will provide lots of information. This is why they will be recorded for future connection & reflection. Property Sessions can take between 30-45 min (if this is an add on to your soul session it will extended your time). Akashic Readings are scheduled for 45 minutes but can be between 30-60 in some cases. One question/inquiry or focus per session.

Akashic Property Assessments and Clearing differ from typical house clearing techniques you may be familiar with, such as: sageing, salting, sound clearing, diffusing, full moon & new moon cleansing rituals, etc. JoyUs Therapies offers in home energy, sound and sageing services upon request. Mobile Service The Akashic Record’s are an energetic data base, keeping the energy blueprint and intentions of the land across time and space. It stores energetic information that may be of great value to the present energetic owner of the land. (Owning, renting or leasing the property qualifies you as the energetic owner). During the session the Property Realignment Practitioner will locate the property using the properties "full address" within the Akashic Records. From there will gather the following detailed information on the energetic owners behalf. The practitioner does not have to be in the home to access this information. Property Blueprints wil be shared via ZOOM. Are there any portal-ways (energetic doorways) ? Are there any Independent Negative Thought Forms Upheld by the Collective Consciousness? Are there any Negative thought forms created about, or directed at the property? Are there any Anger spears directed at the property? Are there any Gateways (energetic highways), Are there any Earthbound Souls attached to the property? Are there any previous Land Assignments (Sacred Sites, Battle / Burial Grounds)?
